This area is the perfect spot for young families, and retirees alike due to the fact they can find great schools, affordable housing, a cost of living that is hard to beat, reasonable taxes, and job opportunities galore in and around the Washington DC area.
AND THE BEST PART? Amazing food, rich and diverse culture, you’re about an hour away from the mountains, an hour away from the beaches. You’d have everything you want. Just a great place to live, to be honest.
